52 Self-Love Affirmations to Embrace this Valentine’s Day
In the observance Valentine’s Day, I decided to write about the one type of love we often forget about, self-love. I get it. It sounds really cliché. But it is the first step to living a life full of love, especially if you are working on manifesting a romantic partner. That’s where self-love affirmations come in.
When you practice self-love, you treat yourself with respect and acceptance. You appreciate yourself for the person you are; live in the present moment, cultivating gratitude for the miracle of being alive. And you feel alive.
One of my favorite ways to practice self-love is through affirmations or mantras.
A mantra, according to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, “is a word or phrase that is repeated often or that expresses someone’s basic beliefs.” When you state your mantra on regular basis, you use the power of neuro-linguistic programming to rewire your brain. The mantra eventually becomes your reality. But it is not enough to just say it. You need to believe in it, feel it, and fully embrace it.
Here, I compiled a list of some of my favorite self-love and self-acceptance mantras.
Pick you favorite ones and repeat them to yourself on a daily, use them as journal prompts, or write them on sticky notes and post them where you can see them.

Remember, you are LIMITLESS.
It is not enough to survive; you deserve to thrive. So be patient with yourself and give yourself some grace.
